Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

Services

StageSix provides AI-powered content strategy and production services for B2B companies. Our services include content strategy development, content creation, and optimization for AI-driven search and discovery platforms.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for us to deliver our services. You agree to cooperate with our team and provide timely feedback and approvals as needed.

You retain ownership of all materials you provide to us. You grant us a license to use these materials solely for the purpose of providing our services.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own all content and deliverables created specifically for you under our engagement. We retain ownership of our methodologies, tools, and any pre-existing intellectual property.

We may use anonymized case studies and aggregate data from our work for marketing and promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in your service agreement. Late payments may result in suspension of services and may incur additional fees as specified in your agreement.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in your service agreement or required by applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StageSix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amounts paid by you for the services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement as specified in your contract. Upon termination, you remain responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.
